Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Eligible new subscribers receive one 7-day free trial; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Cancel any time in Manage billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refund requests are reviewed case by case; approval is not guaranteed.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Open Account, then Manage billing, and cancel. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then access ends. If account services are unavailable, contact support@tickeratlas.io for help.

How does the free trial work?

Eligible new subscribers receive one 7-day free trial on either plan. You enter a card to start. The first charge happens when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. Returning subscribers are not eligible for another trial.

Can I switch plans, or between monthly and yearly?

Yes. Use Manage billing on your account page. Stripe shows the new price before you confirm.

Who handles payment?

Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
