These Terms govern your use of TickerAtlas (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

TickerAtlas provides informational stock-screening and market-structure analysis tools. The Service is provided for research and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice (see our Disclaimer).

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service’s data or output except as expressly permitted.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to provide investment advice to third parties.

4. Market data

Market and fundamental data are provided by third-party vendors and are delayed and subject to their terms. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability, and data rights remain with the respective providers.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Specific refund terms will be stated at the point of purchase.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes & termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms; material changes will be posted here. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
